The classic Palatina Summerhouse is the perfect centrepiece for your garden and would make a very special outdoor dining room. With so much glazing the Palatina is full of natural light and the higher eaves height provides a very comfortable space. To provide plenty of ventilation there are four, opening top hung windows whilst the high quality lockable double doors and windows are a traditional joinery made, storm resistant design. This stunning garden room is constructed on heavy duty 44mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine. The roof and floor are both 12mm tongue and groove boards. The Summer house is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your choice immediately on installation; this could be a paint or a stain. The window and doors are joinery made quality and of a storm resistant design. Green mineral felt, assembly instructions and a fixing kit are included. Allowance when siting should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
