Changed your mind about the product?
If any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us by e-mail email@example.com before returning any item. This is to ensure you are sending it to the correct address with the appropriate returns information included. We can then ensure any refund or action is taken as swiftly as possible following receipt of the item.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We do not provide free returns for unwanted goods but can collect goods from an address of your choice for a £15 collection fee - email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a collection.
Pallets of product would be excluded from this service.
If your item is faulty please get in touch by emailing email@example.com .
Chestnut Mill will cover the cost of return for damaged and faulty products.
How to return your items
Please include a copy of your despatch confirmation e-mail in the package to be returned.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If returning using your own courier / delivery service, please obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will not be held responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
