Honeychop Super Senior is the perfect fibre feed for older horses or those beginning to show signs of ageing. Suitable for horses and ponies at rest or in work, it’s also ideal for those prone to laminitis or gastric ulcers.

Part of our ‘Free From’ range, Super Senior combines a carefully selected mix of ingredients tailored to support the needs of ageing equines. Highly palatable fibres, including oat straw and low-sugar meadow grasses such as Timothy and Fescue, are blended with a low-starch, oil-rich pellet that helps maintain condition and provides vital omega-3 fatty acids.

To support joint health and cartilage function, glucosamine is included at effective levels when fed at the recommended daily amount. Digestive health is further supported with added yeast, a proven probiotic that helps balance gut flora and pH, promoting a healthy hindgut environment.

To enhance coat and skin condition, marigold flowers are included, while the addition of natural herbs—Thyme, Oregano, Mint and Basil—not only offers antioxidant benefits but also delivers a tempting aroma, making it appealing even to picky eaters.
